ABOUT US

The SD Techs collaborative was created out of an identified need to bridge the existing skills gap and growing demand vs supply issue for mechanical technicians and related careers within the transportation industry. By uniting a dedicated committee of like-minded automotive and transportation representatives, we are committed to supporting the educational objectives of San Diego County's training programs and pathways from high school through college completion. Through our collective efforts, we strive to not only bridge the skills gap but also actively promote and enhance automotive career pathways throughout the region.

The SD Techs website is intended to provide a repository for resources and to help promote and support various regional events that align with our mission.
